What do you suggest we do with these criminals? And if the law is subjective, which ones do you suppose are best for everyone - if we even need any in the first place?
I'm not claiming I personally know how to do better (I'm a computer programmer, not a social engineer); it's just that ways in which the existing equilibrium fails to be Friendly are important to notice.
